We love spaghetti squash!!!!!! It quickly climbed the charts of favorite foods in our little household. We've cooked it in so many ways: Asian, Spanish, meaty, simple saucies, spiced with vegetables.... it is an extremely versatile food. I have found 3 new recipes to use this delightful squash with and the one we cooked up tonight is a keeper!!! Margherita. We both LOVED the delicious flavors and it was fun eating it right out of the shell! If you have never cooked with spaghetti squash, repent now! Go buy one and make this great meal!!!!
