I am so grateful for this "swingin babe" she makes me happy when skies (or life) is gray. She really is my sunshine!! We had another wild whirlwind of a week. I have had lots of church duties including getting a craft day planned, a freelance design job and a lecture to prepare on top of helping James with another busy film weekend. Feeling a bit overwhelmed and down I looked at my Jane Girl and her sweet face melted my heart and smacked a big smile on my face.
She brings such joy into my life and I am so grateful she's a part of my family!!! James had a very successful and thrilling weekend filming which made me glad that Jane and I went to support and cheer him on. That is what families all about! Support, love, sacrifice, making memories, learning with one another and lifting each other!
There is no greater joy to be found in this world than a happy family. There is no other successes that could replace a solid family. There is no better hope in this world than families founded on Christ. After such a wild week and a half I am so thankful to have the opportunity to be still and listen to talks all weekend long! General Conference happens but twice a year, and it is such a blessing. Hearing from a living prophet, apostles and righteous men and women brings such strength to the weary soul and light/sunshine to the world!
